Are your products really handmade?
Yes. Every MyDiara piece is handcrafted in our atelier. Each design includes hand-sewn details like lace, pearls, and tulle. We never mass produce—each item is unique and made in limited numbers.
Are all products online in stock?
All products are produced in limited quantities. Stock information is stated on the product page.
Why isn't my credit card accepted?
Your card may not be open to international shopping. Contact us for support.
Do you offer custom designs for christenings or special occasions?
Yes, we do! If you have a dream dress in mind, just share your ideas with us. We'll create a custom design tailored to your preferences—down to the size, color, and details.
What fabrics do you use? Are they safe for baby skin?
We only use premium-quality fabrics such as cotton, velvet, American satin, and silk shantung. All materials are breathable, soft, and completely safe for delicate baby skin.
When will my order ship, and do you deliver worldwide?
Orders are shipped within 7 business days via DHL. Currently, we ship to the USA with a fixed shipping rate. More countries will be added soon!
Are your designs limited edition? Can I re-order the same item later?
Yes, all MyDiara items are produced in small batches—usually only 7 to 14 pieces per design. Restocks are possible but not guaranteed, so we recommend acting quickly if you fall in love with a piece.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. Exchanges are also available for size or model changes. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
Who covers the shipping cost for returns or exchanges?
Return or exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer. However, in case of a damaged or incorrect product, we will take full responsibility and offer a replacement or full refund.
How long does shipping take and where do you deliver?
Orders are usually shipped within 7 business days via DHL. We currently ship to the United States with a flat shipping fee of $27. Worldwide shipping will be available soon!
