If for any reason you're not happy, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately ā we will happily replace or refund your order.

We carefully pack and ship all orders from our Istanbul atelier.
- Orders are prepared within 3ā5 business days.
- International shipping to the U.S. takes approximately 5ā7 business days via DHL.

Yes, all MyDiara items are produced in small batchesāusually only 7 to 14 pieces per design. Restocks are possible but not guaranteed, so we recommend acting quickly if you fall in love with a piece.
